Made with a mix of caramel, cinnamon and vanilla, the Snickerdoodle is one of the most popular specialty coffee drinks offered at Crema Espresso Stand.


Crema, which closed brieflyOct. 30, was reopened Nov. 23 by Jerry and Cindy Wilkinson. Jerry, a regular customer who did not want to see the shop close, said he brought back the staff and kept the same menu.


“The Snickerdoodle is tasty, but not overdone to the point where it’s too sweet,” he said. “It has a good balance that appeals to different tastes.”
