The developer for Grand Marketplace at Spring Stuebner Road and the Grand Parkway has confirmed many tenants —besides the anchor, Target—for the shopping center, including DSW, Blaze Pizza and Orangetheory Fitness.

Other food, service, medical and specialty retail operations are expected to open as well, said Rob Nadler with New York based Kimco Realty, the developer for Grand Parkway Marketplace.

“Target is scheduled to open in [the] middle of March 2017,” Nadler said. “We hope to have all the other junior anchors open along with Target or within a few months of Target opening.”

Nadler said he remains uncertain as to the exact number of tenants that will be open by the time Target opens its doors.

“We anticipate about 60 stores in total and hope that all are all open by end of 2017,” he said.

The complete list of confirmed tenants include:

Target, DSW, Petsmart, Michaels, Burlington Coat Factory, Ulta, Party City, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Orangetheory Fitness, Blaze Pizza, Potbelly, Carters/OshGosh, Vitamin Shoppe, Great Cookie and Marble Slab Ice Cream.
