Paul Hawkins, assistant manager of engineering for Precinct 3, presented project details to the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce's transportation committee on Aug. 6. Under a new mobility planning system in the county, projects must be approved for funding by meeting certain criteria. As a result, project timelines are to be determined, but Hawkins said he expects most of these projects will be approved to move forward.
