Harris County commissioners voted unanimously at a July 14 meeting to award a construction contract of $8.8 million to Angel Brothers Enterprises for the construction of twin bridges at Louetta Road over Little Cypress Creek as a part of a larger project extending Louetta between Telge Road and Stablewood Farms Drive in Cypress. The project—being executed jointly by Harris County precincts 3 and 4—will extend Louetta Road as a four-lane concrete pavement section. A similar project was completed in early 2017 Precinct 4 that involved extending Louetta from Blanco Trails lane to where it currently ends at Telge.
