Cy-Fair saw a 6.4% increase in the number of homes sold from December 2023 to December 2024, closing out the year with about 5,125 single-family homes sold, according to data provided by Boutwell Properties. ZIP codes 77040 and 77065 saw the greatest upticks with more than twice as many homes sold year over year.The median price of homes sold increased in three of Cy-Fair’s seven ZIP codes while 77064, 77065, 77429 and 77433 saw prices decline year over year.Homes spent more time on this market on average in December 2024 compared to December 2023. Homes in the 77065 ZIP code took the longest to sell on average.
