The number of single-family homes sold in Cy-Fair dropped from 508 in August 2023 to 450 this August, according to data provided by
Boutwell Properties. Home sales in the 77433 ZIP code represented about 45% of Cy-Fair’s total home sales.
The changes in median home prices year over year varied, decreasing by 14.6% in the 77040 ZIP code and increasing by nearly 15% in the 77065 ZIP code.
On average, homes spent more time on the market in all Cy-Fair ZIP codes this August compared to August last year.
Of the 450 homes sold in August, more than half were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range. Eleven homes were less than $200,000, and 26 cost $800,000 or more.
