Jubilee, a 1,622-acre development from Johnson Development, has commenced home sales for its first phase of construction, which includes 491 homes, according to a Feb. 7 news release.

The update

Eight builders have been selected for the first phase of the 4,900-home community, offering homes in various price ranges and sizes, according to the release.
  • Coventry Homes and Highland Homes: 40-foot properties from the $350,000s
  • David Weekley Homes: 45-foot homesites from the $300,000s
  • Perry Homes: 60-foot properties from the $510,000s
  • Chesmar Homes and Westin Homes: Soon offering homes on 50-foot and 60-foot properties; pricing unavailable
  • Newmark Homes: Sales start in the spring with homes on 45-foot homesites; pricing unavailable
  • Tri Pointe Homes: Homes on 50-foot lots; pricing unavailable
The details

The community is centered around holistic wellness, with every aspect of development considering wellness, including street design, amenities and lifestyle programming, according to the release.

The amenities planned for the community will include:
  • 30 acres of parks
  • 270 acres of green space and waterways
  • Walking trails
  • Community gardens
  • A dog park
  • Sport courts
  • A large pool and recreation center
The inspiration


Throughout the community, “Wellness Zones” are planned to provide places for connection, exploration, reflection and inspiration, promoting overall well-being among residents, according to the release.

“It’s exciting to see our vision come to life,” said June Tang, vice president and general manager of Jubilee, in the release. “Soon we will have our first residents moving in and experiencing the unique wellness-focused lifestyle planned for Jubilee.”

Planned resident events will include “No-Tech Tuesdays,” restorative nature yoga, happy hours and community potlucks.
