Voodoo Doughnut’s fourth Texas location will host a grand opening May 3 at 9320 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress. The shop is known for its gourmet doughnut selection, see-through production kitchen and 24-hour drive-thru, according to a news release.

This will be the Portland-based doughnut shop’s 13th franchise nationwide. Popular menu items include the Bacon Maple Bar, the Memphis Mafia and The Cannolo, but more than 50 flavors are offered, including 25 vegan options, officials said.

“What makes the growth the most exciting is the ability to hire 70 folks from the local community and providing competitive wages, affordable health care and liberal [paid time off] in an environment where no name tags or uniforms are required. Our teams are as unique as our doughnuts,” CEO Chris Schultz said in a statement.
