Construction is underway on a new location of Jon Smith Subs at 8350 Fry Road, Ste. 600, Cypress. The shop specializes in grilled sirloin steak and chicken breast subs that can be topped with vegetables and cheeses. The new shop will be the franchise's first Texas location. www.jonsmithsubs.com
