The healthy ice cream and grocery store D'Lites Houston is targeting a mid-February opening for its brick-and-mortar location on Hwy. 290 in Cy-Fair, according to owner Julie Dunlap. D'Lites will sell low-carb, low-sugar soft serve ice cream as well as low-carb pastas, bread, flour and snacks. The store will be located at 26321 Hwy. 290, Ste. 400, Cypress.
