IDEA Lab Kids in Cypress will be celebrating their one-year anniversary on July 17 with a grand reopening event at 11808 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. C, Cypress. Due to COVID-19, the business was unable to celebrate their opening day with an event last year.

IDEA Lab Kids offers after-school programming, summer camps, workshops and other hands-on enrichment activities focusing on science, technology, engineering, art and math.

Children who attend the grand reopening event will be able to make slime, have their face painted, play games and win prizes. Snow cones will be available as well. Registration is free and can be completed online. All families are welcome and will have the opportunity to learn more about IDEA Lab Kids’ summer events and after school programs offered in the fall. The celebration lasts from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. 281-746-2008.
