A new bingo hall is coming to Cy-Fair. Triple Crown Bingo, relocating from the Spring area, will celebrate its soft opening today, May 12, at 7:30 p.m. at 10535 Jones Road, Ste. 200, Houston. Sales begin at 5 p.m. Once fully opened, Triple Crown will operate six nights each week from Tuesday through Sunday, Manager Chris Collins said. He said the bingo hall will pay out $5,000 in cash nightly across six $750 games and two $250 games. "We're a charitable bingo hall, so all of the money we make after we pay the winners goes to charity," Collins said. "Our benefitting charities in the past have included everything from international charities to local American Legion posts and the Houston Northwest Lion's Club." The new hall features large projection screens, on-site security, state-of-the-art equipment and 147 parking spaces. The bingo hall itself is non-smoking, but the venue includes an enclosed smoking room, Collins said. Guests can play for as little as $10, and bingo is open to anyone ages 7 and older. Guests can join a VIP mobile club by texting TCB to 71441 to receive alerts on promotions, discounts, special offers and general updates on the bingo hall. Triple Crown's soft opening runs all weekend, Collins said, including games starting at 7 p.m. on Saturday and 6 p.m. on Sunday. 281-257-2769 www.triplecrownbingo.com www.facebook.com/triplecrownbingo
