A new location of I Love Kickboxing is slated to open next week at 15014 Spring Cypress Road, Ste. 130, Cypress. The gym is complete with a mat and numerous heavy bags. Each class lasts an hour.

“It’s a fast-paced energy workout that is fun and can burn more than 700 calories in an hour,” gym manager Paige Gallemore said.

The franchise already has five locations throughout the Greater Houston area and approximately 300 locations across the nation. They plan to open 10 more locally over the next two to three years. Unlimited monthly memberships start at $125.
