Attend a football game at the Berry Center

The state-of-the-art facility opened in Cypress in 2007 after it was approved by voters during a 2004 bond election. District varsity football and basketball games are held at the Berry Center every school year, along with a number of other district events. Go see a play at Houston Family Arts Center

Eight plays are presented each season at Houston Family Arts Center off Grant Road. Go to the horse races at Sam Houston Race Park

Every January the horse racing season begins at Sam Houston Race Park in Northwest Houston. Guests 21 and over can bet on horse races throughout the weekend. Participate in a triathlon/5K

A number of master-planned communities in Cy-Fair, such as Bridgeland, Towne Lake and Cypress Creek Lakes, host triathlons or 5K races annually. The Cypress Running Club also plans to participate in the inaugural Cypress Half Marathon in November starting from Cypress Woods High School.
