Star Furniture & Mattresses opened May 7 at 12312 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, in the 70,000-square-foot space that formerly housed Randalls grocery store. The furniture store signed a 10-year lease for the space in July, according to officials with real estate investment firm Williamsburg Enterprises.
Opening specials include 15% off sofas, 25% off wooden furniture, $100 gift certificate giveaways and free gifts with purchases. A grand opening will be announced at a later date, according to officials. The store sells mattresses, dining room sets, sectionals, recliners, beds, office furniture, children’s furniture and other home furnishings and decor.
