Ticket sales for the 47th annual event will go live online Aug. 13. Prices start at $25 for adults and $13 for children age 12 and younger. Cabin, camping, glamping and RV experiences are also available.
More than 500,000 guests attend the festival each year. Each weekend features a different theme, including Oktoberfest, 1001 Dreams, Pirate Adventure, All Hallows Eve, Heroes and Villains, Barbarian Invasion, Highland Fling and Celtic Christmas, according to a news release.
The festival features 400 on-site shops and more than 50 entertainment acts, such as Amanda Kitchens, Dangerous Curves, The Washing Well Wenches and Thomas Wood the Pyrojuggler.
Any COVID-19 guidelines and mandates established by the state will be enforced throughout the festival, officials said. Social distancing will be encouraged, and 190 hand sanitizing stations will be installed throughout the venue.
