The district will continue to encourage social distancing and masking guidelines for all graduates, employees and guests. However, masks are not required if graduates and guests remain outdoors.
Ticketing
Each graduate will be able to reserve six tickets for their guests through the Berry Center website. They are given on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability.
Regardless of age, every guest must have a ticket to attend. Due to social distancing guidelines, extra tickets will not be available and cannot be split up or reserved separately.
Guests will be assigned to seats on Side A or Side B and park in a designated lot depending on seating arrangements.
What to bring
A clear bag policy will be in place for all graduates and guests. However, small purses and clutches will be allowed. All bags will be inspected for safety upon entrance.
Parking
Graduates can enter through Barker Cypress Road or West Road, and park in Lots B, C or D.
Depending on which side guests will be seated, Side A reservations should enter via West Road and park in Lots E or F. Tickets for Side B should enter via Barker Cypress Road and park in Lots A or H.
Other things to know
Prohibited items are outlined on the website, but include gifts, balloons, flowers, strollers, and outside food and drink.
