Brit’s Batch has launched a brick-and-mortar location in the north Houston area, according to a Feb. 4 message from the business’s owner, Britney Ong. The bakery sells homemade desserts including cookies, cakes and coffee drinks.

Ong—who grew up in Missouri City—said she initially started the bakery when she was 16 years old to fund her club volleyball membership. Brit’s Batch previously operated through pop-up events and to-go orders.
