Pichurro’s Mexican Grill specializes in Mexican cuisine and Tex-Mex, and is now serving beef fajitas, beef quesadillas, shrimp enchiladas and chicken mole, among other dishes.

The family owned restaurant, which previously planned to open earlier this year, is run by three brothers and their uncle. Restaurant owner Ivan Aguado said the Cypress location had its soft opening Nov. 14 and is officially open to the public as of Nov. 15. The restaurant also has a location in Tomball, which opened in June 2022.
