A Taste of Cy-Fair is an annual food, wine and beer tasting event that benefits Cy-Hope.
A Taste of Cy-Fair will hold its third annual event Oct. 5 at Bridgeland’s Lakeland Village Center, 10615 Fry Road, Cypress.
Several local restaurateurs collaborated to create the event in 2017 to help support families affected by Hurricane Harvey. Last year’s event raised nearly $40,000 for local nonprofit Cy-Hope.
General admission runs from 5-8 p.m. Tickets are $35 or $15 for children younger than 12 through Sept. 23, when the cost goes up to $40 and $20, respectively.
Attendees can sample food from more than 40 area restaurants as well as dozens of wines and craft beers. Market vendors, live music and a silent auction will also be on-site.
Local participating restaurants include Creekwood Grill, Texas Roadhouse, Land of a Thousand Hills, Galiana’s Bakery & Café, Marvino’s Italian Kitchen and The Backyard Grill, among others.
VIP early admission starts at 4 p.m. and includes access to the VIP tent, which features special music entertainment, a goodie bag and premium food, wine and beer samples. VIP tickets are $75 through Sept. 23, when the cost goes up to $80.
