Pumpkin flan—a customer favorite at Season’s Harvest Cafe—combines the traditional flavor of flan with the subtle sweetness of a pumpkin to provide an alternative to conventional desserts just in time for Thanksgiving. The dessert is $5 per slice with the option of ordering full-size flans for the holidays.

Season’s Harvest has begun to bake a variety of desserts for the holidays, including pecan pies, apple pies and pumpkin pies. Baker Dorian Mercado said the dessert is popular among diners.

“Where I’m from, in Puerto Rico, we make it every year for Thanksgiving,” she said. “It’s gluten-free, made from scratch and organic.”

Season’s Harvest also offers a rotating menu with a variety of brunch items, appetizers and lunch dishes, including sweet potato Texas pecan pancakes; the autumn harvest seasonal salad; and soups of the day, such as the vegetable and chickpea soup with lemon and herbs.
