Brisket, grilled onions and cheddar cheese with crispy Cheetos are sandwiched between two pieces of grilled bread to make the Rowdy Cowhide, one of more than 20 specialty grilled cheese sandwiches at Melt Gourmet Grilled Cheese. The sandwich is sold for $11.

Melt was launched by the creator of The Shack Burger Resort, Joe Duong, and the menu features a variety of cheeses and meats packed together in creative and distinct ways.

According to General Manager Monica Jack, fan favorites include the King Thong—made with brisket, bacon and cheddar cheese—and her personal favorite, the Fatwich, made with ribeye steak, grilled onions, mushrooms, cheddar and fontina cheese.

“The Rowdy Cowhide sounds really weird and crazy, but when people eat it, they say, ‘Wow, that was really good,’” Jack said.
