After being brewed overnight in distilled water for 13-16 hours and infused with nitrogen, Galiana’s Bakery & Cafe’s nitro cold brew coffee provides extra caffeine and sweetness without adding sugar or cream. A small is $3.99, and the large is $4.49.

The recently opened cafe serves a variety of coffee drinks, including frappuccinos, lattes, espressos, cappuccinos and hot chocolate. Each drink is brewed with Galiana’s own house blend, owner David Herrera said.

“Geva, a local coffee company, sources them, and we roast them here,” he said. “We make it fresh daily and fresh to order.”

Herrera also owns Marvino’s Italian Kitchen, Dario’s Steakhouse and Seafood and Alicia’s Mexican Grille in Cy-Fair. Galiana’s namesake comes from the names of his grandchildren, Gabriella and Aliana.

The cafe serves chicken and waffles, salads, sandwiches and pastries.
