At The 21st Amendment Lounge, jalapeno and cucumber are muddled into The Kisser, which is made with Hendricks gin, triple sec, lime juice and simple syrup. The spicy drink can be purchased for $10.

Along with innovations like The Kisser, guests will find wine, local beers and classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, Old-Fashioned and mojito on the menu. Owner Andy Adams said people are looking for experiences when they go out.

“We spend a lot of time creating our own cocktails in-house, much like our food,” he said. “We wanted to make things that were a little more exclusive to this establishment. My menu’s on paper so I can throw it away and make a new one the next day.”

The 21-and-older venue opened in December with live music on the weekends and a full kitchen serving up tapas-style dishes and pizzas for the table to share.
