Everything at Crescent Moon is made with local ingredients, including the drinks, which are made with Katz Coffee. Customers pick their flavor first and top it with almond, soy or 2 percent milk.
“Katz is very smooth,” owner Linda Gandin said. “These are all organic and fair trade coffees.”
The white chocolate gingerbread latte is served hot or iced and can be enjoyed at the coffee shop or to-go. It is available in three sizes, ranging in price from $3.45-$4.45.
Crescent Moon also offers a variety of breakfast pastries and sandwiches on the menu.
