Amira, a 549-acre new home community along Mueschke Road developed by Johnson Development Services, is entering its final phase of development, according to an Aug. 28 news release.

Amira is releasing 200 lots to homebuilders in what will be the community’s final homesites, according to the release. When the final phase is finished, the Johnson Development community will have roughly 1,700 homes.

Earlier this year, 137 homesites went to Beazer Homes and Perry Homes, which have already been built in Amira, according to the release. Another 60 homesites each will go to both builders by the end of 2024.

  • Three pickleball courts
  • A splash park with hidden spray features
Pricing for homes in Amira begin at $300,000, according to the release. The community opened in 2019, and repurposed a former equestrian ranch.
