Trademark plans to create a mixed-use town center, located at the intersection of Hwy. 290 and Mason Road, and aims to be a gathering place for the Cypress area and Dunham Pointe residents, according to the release.
According to the release, the site will be walkable and “highly amenitized,” featuring:
- 225,000 square feet of retail space
- 500 multifamily residential units
- Offices and hotels
“The population growth and affluence in Cypress, combined with the picturesque landscape and prime location of Dunham Pointe, make this an excellent opportunity for a mixed-use project,” said Jeff Johnson, managing director of development for Trademark, in the release. “We look forward to engaging with the Cypress community to learn about the kinds of experiences they’d like to see here.”
