Texas-based developer Trademark Property Co. is set to acquire 37 acres in Dunham Pointe, a 1,300-acre master-planned community in Cypress, according to a Nov. 13 news release from the developer.

The details

Trademark plans to create a mixed-use town center, located at the intersection of Hwy. 290 and Mason Road, and aims to be a gathering place for the Cypress area and Dunham Pointe residents, according to the release.

According to the release, the site will be walkable and “highly amenitized,” featuring:
  • 225,000 square feet of retail space
  • 500 multifamily residential units
  • Offices and hotels
