The active adult community will have 237 units, including both conventional apartments and some single-story cottage homes slated to open in late 2022.
“What we found is a lot of the demographic ends up being an older single senior ... that is just kind of getting out of their long-term single-family home, and sometimes that is a tough transition,” Villagran said. “But what we love about that is that we’re able to really promote community.”
