Development firm Caldwell Companies announced plans in late May plans to debut its newest master-planned community in June at Spring Cypress and Grant roads in Cypress.

Copper Bend at Indian Trails will have 250 homes from Perry Homes and Newmark Homes upon completion starting in the $310,000 price range, according to a press release.

“We’re excited to open another exceptional community in Cypress,” Executive Vice President Peter Barnhart said in the release. “You don’t often find new homes in this price point—especially with amenities like Copper Bend has—so we think the community will be a tremendous value to those looking for new home construction with attractive pricing in the area.”

Amenities planned for the new 60-acre neighborhood include a central lake for fishing and kayaking, a neighborhood playground with a covered pavilion, trails throughout the community and a resort-style swimming pool.

The tax rate for homeowners in Copper Bend is 2.9%, officials said. Homes are zoned to Tomball ISD schools.

Caldwell Companies will host a grand opening Saturday, June 22, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. with live entertainment, food trucks, family-friendly activities and the chance to win prizes, including four tickets to a Houston Astros game.

Model homes are open daily at 13803 and 13811 Gold Peak Drive, Cypress. Learn more at www.copperbendtx.com.
