Several new tenants have been opening at the Fairfield Town Center through the month of October, including new dining options Zoe’s Kitchen and Pei Wei Asian Diner. Retailers AT&T, GNC, Lenscrafters and The Mattress Firm are also now open. Washington Prime Group Inc., formerly known as WP Glimcher, developed the 600,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center at 28644 Hwy. 290, Cypress. “Fairfield Town Center’s diverse mix of national and local retailers, popular quick dining options and personal and professional services was designed to give the community a one-stop shopping destination,” said Paul Ajdaharian, executive vice president of community and lifestyle centers at Washington Prime. “We’re thrilled to be ahead of schedule and right on target with venue openings, and the momentum will only continue to build with new additions and announcements as we head into the busy holiday season.” Rooms To Go opened at the development in July, joining Academy Sports + Outdoors, H-E-B, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s and Bank of America. Retailers such as Bath & Body Works, Dress Barn, Kirkland’s, Marshalls/HomeGoods, Maurices, MOD Pizza, Old Navy, Pacific Dental, Party City, Sally Beauty and Ulta are slated to start opening in November and through the end of this year. Fast casual eateries Chipotle and Jimmy John’s will open in the coming weeks as well.
