The U.S. Census Bureau released new population data earlier this month providing updates on population and demographics changes in cities across the U.S.
In the seven ZIP codes that make up the main part of Cy-Fair, population has risen across the board since 2011. The greatest increase was seen in the 77433 ZIP code, which has risin by nearly 60 percent since 2011 from 44,962 people to 71,924 people.
The total population increased in every year and in every ZIP code. The combined population in all seven ZIP codes in 2016 was 409,968, up from 405,618 in 2015 and 345,042 in 2011.
