70 new COVID-19 cases reported in Cy-Fair on Sept. 24

Editor's note: This post will be updated daily with the latest data from Harris County Public Health.

As of Sept. 24, at least 19,417 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed across the 10 ZIP codes that fall within Cy-Fair ISD’s boundaries. This includes 1,158 active cases, 18,101 recoveries and 158 deaths, according to Harris County Public Health.


The total number of confirmed cases has increased by 70 since Sept. 23.


Data showed there are 139,681 total cases in Harris County, 17,859 of which are active as of Sept. 24. Find comprehensive data for Harris County here.

From Sept. 14-20, CFISD officials reported 36 new cases—19 among staff members and 17 among students. See last week's campus-level report here.
