Previous experience is not required as the 32-week Training Academy program will equip volunteers with the skills and certifications needed for the role of an emergency medical responder and volunteer firefighter. Important upcoming dates are listed below:
- Jan. 2: posting closes
- Feb. 4: written exam at 10 a.m.
- Jan. 12-14, Feb. 9-11: physical ability test practice
- Feb. 23-25: physical ability test
- April 13: orientation at 6 p.m.
- April 17: Training Academy at 6 p.m.
