Three businesses have leased retail space in The Grand at 249, a retail center located at the corner of Hwy. 249 and the Grand Parkway, according to a Feb. 10 news release from NewQuest, the developer of the center.

The details

The new businesses that leased space in the development are:

• Big City Wings, which leased 4,900 square feet of retail space
• Aji Izakaya, which leased 2,450 square feet of retail space
• Active Life Dentistry, which leased 2,100 square feet of retail space

Also of note

NewQuest, a Houston-based development and brokerage firm, acquired the site in the early 1990s, according to prior reporting, and broke ground on the site in 2016.
