Schlotzsky's officials said the new Cy-Fair location opened in mid-October and is now serving comfort food made to order.

Schlotzsky's is an American franchise chain and specializes in sandwiches and pizza. Sandwiches include smoked turkey breast, vegetarian, roast beef and chicken sandwiches; pizza options include supreme, double cheese, pepperoni and barbecue chicken jalapeño.

Calzones, salads and soups are also on the menu.
