Local real estate group The Jill Smith Team has relocated from 12254 Queenston Blvd., Ste. D, Houston, to another suite in the same office condo park.

Officials said Jill Smith has over 13 years of experience, and also has a charitable nonprofit called JST Cares, which gives back to the community.

Her team recently changed brokers from Compass to eXp, and the group serves the Cypress, Spring, Houston and Hockley communities.
