Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center is set to open in northwest Houston, owners Brian and Chelsea Brashaw confirmed via email.

“[We are] passionate about the community that we live and work in and wanted to provide a unique physical therapy and wellness opportunity for patients that doesn't exist today,” Chelsea Brashaw said.

Chelsea Brashaw said the veteran-owned business treats a variety of muscle, joint and neurological conditions specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy and balance therapy.

“We are much more than your typical physical therapy clinic,” Chelsea Brashaw said. “At Fyzical, we focus on improving your quality of life by using a holistic, whole-body approach to connect your diagnosis with a customized plan of care.
