NewQuest Properties has signed a 10-year lease with Game Time, a Florida-based amusement vending operator, according to a Feb. 5 news release.

Game Time recently acquired iT’Z Entertainment, a 69,105-square-foot entertainment center in the Willowbrook Pavilion retail center. Officials said Game Time is already operating the restaurant, arcades and bowling lanes and plans to transition the space over the next year.

“There's been no down time with the transition to Game Time,” NewQuest Vice President Kevin Sims said in a statement. "Over the next 12 months, Game Time will be extensively overhauling the space to upgrade the gaming experience and elevate the food and beverage options."

Additionally, NewQuest recently leased the 43,761-square-foot theater space in Willowbrook Pavilion to EoS Fitness, which is expected to open this summer.

"Game Time and EoS Fitness are good additions to Willowbrook Pavilion,” Sims said. "They will revitalize the center."
