First Steps Learning Center will hold its grand opening on Jan. 5 for its newest location and will welcome children for day care on Jan. 8. The staff strives to provide a home away from home in a safe, structured and engaging environment to help them develop emotional, social, intellectual and physical intelligence, officials said.
