Officials with Lakeland Village Center, the first of four village centers planned in the Bridgeland area, have announced two new tenants set to open in the coming months. Starting next February, L3 Craft Coffee will offer conventional espresso and drip coffee, but owner Lisa Lau said the shop’s baristas will specialize in unique brewing methods not readily available in the area—Siphon, French press, Chemex, AeroPress, pour over and cold brew. Lau said L3—short for love, laugh and learn—sets out to educate customers about different coffees to help them get the most out of it. “Unlike competitors that only offer a social experience, our value is delivering a true coffee experience that creates a curiosity to learn the art of coffee,” Lau said. “Because of the complexity of coffee, our Discovery Bar will demonstrate to customers the various flavor characteristics unique to each brewing method using the same coffee bean.” Bridgeland residents Tammy and David White also plan to open Exquisite Premier Salon & Spa by the end of the year. The salon will offer hair, skin and nail services for clients with varying needs as well as products from brands such as Paul Mitchell, Mizani and Brazilian Blowout. 281-304-2619. “Exquisite Premier Salon & Spa is a salon for everyone—all hair textures and types,” Tammy White said. Existing tenants at the Lakeland Village Center—located at 10615 Fry Road, Cypress, across from Cypress Ranch High School—include Pizza Cucinova, Pinot’s Palette, Le Macaron, CVS and F45 Training.
