Officials with Caldwell Companies have announced two new tenants coming soon to the Boardwalk at Towne Lake on Barker Cypress Road in Cypress.

Sammy’s Rita’s & Fajitas is building out space at the Boardwalk and is expected to open in January. This will be the first Sammy's Rita's & Fajitas to open under parent company Sammy’s Restaurants, which also owns Sammy’s Sports Grill and Sammy’s Steakhouse. Beau Kisses plans to open a third location at the Boardwalk this November or December. The boutique offers apparel, jewelry, home goods, baby gifts, Yeti products, Tyler candles and Jon Hart bags, among other items. www.beaukisses.com
