A new location of Sub Zero Ice Cream will open Sunday, June 25, at the Fairfield Town Center next to MOD Pizza at 28920 Hwy. 290, Cypress. Customers choose a yogurt and ice cream base, flavors and other add-ons before the mixture is frozen and served. The hand-mixed concoction is then frozen in a 15-second process that company officials said make it creamier and denser. A grand opening is being planned for Friday, June 30, during which all purchases will be 50 percent off for the day. 832-576-2459 www.subzeroicecream.com
