Lone Star College-CyFair’s Center for the Arts will provide a free preview of this year’s upcoming musical and theatrical productions in a special event in partnership with the LSC-CyFair Society for the Arts.
“Supporting our Center for the Arts programs and events, in addition to providing student scholarships, are members of our Society for the Arts,” Fine Arts Coordinator Joshua Estrada said. “Our students deserve an audience, and our audience deserves to see the talent at LSC-CyFair; therefore, our ultimate goal is to be an artistic hub for the community."
The event will feature performances by award-winning faculty artists at a 7 p.m. recital at the Main Stage Theatre. Students will also be able to get more information on the fine arts programs offered at LSC-CyFair and meet professors. Attendees can learn about successful alumni of the fine arts program and hear the stories of their paths from college to their careers.
