Creekstone Office Condos is slated to open in spring 2020 and is now preselling spaces ranging from 1,250-5,000 square feet. The officers will be located near the Boardwalk at Towne Lake, a mixed-use waterfront project with a variety of dining, retail and office tenants.
A site plan calls for constructing 17 condos, and prices will start in the $300,000s.
The office condos provide the opportunity for business owners to own office space rather than rent, officials said.
