The No. 1 item on Tapioca Master’s menu, the black cream tea, has a smooth texture with black tea flavors coming through in the aftertaste. The drink is made following a style that is popular in Hong Kong, General Manager Sandy Huang said.
“Drinking it is kind of an unusual experience,” she said. “It’s very fresh at first, then the black tea has a soothing effect on your throat.”
Black cream tea is one of several tapioca bubble teas offered at the shop. The menu also includes an array of juices and smoothies made with fresh fruit.
