Officials with The Waffle Bus announced the food truck opened a brick and mortar store on Aug. 6, marking the brand's fourth fixed location.

Per officials, the 2,500-square-foot space features indoor seating and mirrors its food truck street style personality.
“We’ve had such a warm response at local popups and events in the area, and we felt Cypress was the natural next step for our brand,” said Nguyen. “We can’t wait to share our signature waffle creations with both new neighbors and loyal fans alike.”
Founded in 2010, the Houston food truck has two additional brick and mortar locations in the Heights and Derby, Kansas.
