Officials with The Waffle Bus confirmed the new Bridgeland location is set to open this spring.
Bridgeland’s developer, Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., announced last May that the popular food truck and eatery would be opening a brick-and-mortar location in Lakeland Village Center.
The Waffle Bus has two other locations in the city of Houston.
What they offer
Menu items include chicken sandwiches, burgers, fries, wings, and “Fryders”—sliders with seasoned waffle fries for buns.
Specialty dishes range from the Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich to Hot Chicken Thunder Fries.
Sweet waffle sandwiches are also on the menu, including Nutella Banana, S’mores and Strawberry Irish Creme Brulee, among other flavors.
