Oksana Ramotowski, Artisan Bread Gallery owner, said after over a year of operating on Windfern Road, the bakery is expanding with a second location near Jones Road and FM 1960 this summer.

Ramotowski said while the Windfern location is a grab-and-go bakery, the new location will offer space for dining services, a larger menu and coffee.
Artisan Bread Gallery is a European bakery offering handcrafted bread and pastries. The bakery offers French baguettes, jalapeño bread, cranberry raisin walnut bread and rosemary focaccia, Polish donuts, kolaches, pastries and sandwiches, among other items.
