Skyview Flats, a 312-unit apartment complex zoned to Cy-Fair ISD, will hold a grand opening next month, according to a news release. One- to three-bedroom units are available ranging from $1,299-$2,224 per month.

Units feature black stainless steel appliances, built-in desks, fiber optic internet access, electric car chargers in garages and private yards on first-floor units. Residents can lock and unlock doors, manage thermostats, monitor appliances and open gates via a mobile app, officials said.

“With the development of Skyview Flats, our goal was to create a home for our residents that addresses their post-pandemic needs and set our property apart from more traditional multifamily communities,” President Jim Wood said in a statement.
