“I love sharing my passion for the flavors of authentic Mexican street food and am excited to bring those traditions to the Cypress area,” owner Miguel Jimenez said in a news release.
Jimenez first opened Tacos Y Tortas Adrian in Katy in 2004 at age 18 and now has six locations in the Greater Houston area.
“We have been serving the Katy area for almost 20 years, and the whole Adrian’s family is excited to be opening our first location in Cypress,” Jimenez said.
Hours are Sunday-Wednesday 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
